I feel seen, supported, and celebrated. I'm noticing a more harmonious relationship with what is asking to be developed because it doesn't all feel like it's on me.
I also notice I'm staying with things I used to fold under. The practical pieces don't feel as intimidating and I'm taking one step at a time. And each time I do, I feel a little stronger, more capable, and more rooted in what I'm here to build.
Creating the Brand Book was one the most impactful parts of the process. Most of the visuals feel resonant or on the right track, the colors feel like my signature, but it was so much more than that.
It was having someone make sense of my responses and seeing a draft, a possibility, that brought it to life.
One of the new habits that's emerged is the way I sit down at my computer. It sounds simple, but it isn't. I'm re-engaging this creative process as a relationship with ritual and with support.
One belief I'm carrying forward is that legacy isn't just something I leave behind when I'm gone. It's something I get to receive while I'm living.
Another belief is that I am capable of doing harder “3D” things. And the last belief coming to mind, is that I can do this in a way that conserves my resources, and my energy.

“When I first found The Center of Destiny, what immediately resonated with me was its mission: Where Love Meets Legacy.
I was deeply drawn to the integration of nervous system healing, personal evolution, and the understanding that in order to receive the love, abundance, and life I desired, I first had to build the capacity, or architecture, within myself to hold it. That felt profoundly true.
I knew there was work within me that needed to be faced. Looking back now, I can see that I was living from survival. I felt like I was reliving familiar patterns around worthiness, and although I knew there was so much more available to me, I didn't yet feel rooted in my own center.
There were parts of myself that simply needed to be witnessed. More than anything, I wanted to make a commitment to myself.
I wanted someone who could hold up a mirror in a way that was both incredibly strong and incredibly gentle. I wanted a space where I could be deeply witnessed while also being lovingly held accountable to my own growth.
I wanted someone who could help me tend to my center, tend to the parts of myself that had gone unseen, and support me in becoming someone who could truly hold the life I knew was possible.
That is exactly what I found at The Center of Destiny. One of the things that makes Tara's work so unique is the depth of wisdom she brings into every session. You can feel that she has devoted her life to studying across many traditions and disciplines.
Whether it's nervous system healing, parts work, archetypal psychology, spirituality, leadership, embodiment, or Indigenous wisdom, none of it ever feels fragmented. She weaves everything together so seamlessly that it all serves the person sitting in front of her.
Every session feels deeply intuitive.
Even if I came into a session with one intention, Tara always seemed able to recognize what the deepest medicine actually was at that in that moment. Instead of rigidly following an agenda, she would meet me exactly where I was, helping me trust that what was arising wasn't a distraction from my growth—it was my growth. That alone changed the way I relate to myself.
Through our sessions together, I've felt this movement within my nervous system and within my own energetics that has continued to expand. We've called forward the parts of myself that needed to be witnessed, held, and tended to. Through that witnessing, those parts have been able to integrate back into me. It honestly feels like I've called my power back to myself.
When I first started, my energy felt scattered. It was in so many different places. Through this work, I've been able to call those parts back to myself so that I can move from a much stronger center. I feel more rooted in my true essence, more connected to who I actually am, and more able to lead my life from that place.
Compared to how I feel now, there's been a marked shift.
I feel more powerful. I feel more magnetic. I feel more centered. I feel more coherent. I trust myself more. My vision for the future feels clearer because I feel clearer.
One of the most significant shifts has been my nervous system's capacity to actually receive the life I've been asking for. One practice that completely transformed the way I relate to myself was something Tara reflected back to me. She asked me to imagine that the loving partner I had always dreamed of showed up today with everything I had been asking for.
Could I actually receive that level of love? Could my body hold it? The honest answer was no.
That realization changed everything. Instead of continuing to search outside of myself, I began learning how to offer those experiences to myself first. I started speaking to myself the way I would want a loving partner to speak to me.
I began caring for myself in the ways I hoped someone else one day would. Instead of waiting for love to arrive, I began cultivating that experience within my own body. Those practices shifted something profound within me. They expanded my capacity to receive.
I also love the way Tara integrates parts work and archetypes into the coaching process. Learning to work with those archetypes helped me realize that those qualities weren't outside of me.
That power already existed within myself. Recognizing that changed the way I see myself. Instead of searching for something outside of me, I began trusting what had been within me all along.
